Thank you for taking the time to consider Russeau Team HealthCare. I understand the sense of uncertainty and anxiety when experiencing pain, particularly when one has been unable to obtain relief. I offer patients new hope to what, at times, can feel hopeless.
You will find that I am different from most chiropractors and physical therapists in that:
– Most patients finish treatment in 6 visits or less.
– My unique approach is highly individualized to each patient and their specific condition.
– Each visit consists of quality time spent reviewing and customizing care.
– Patients are empowered to solve their own problems, prevent them from returning, and self-treat should they return in the future.
My approach to patient care is supported by current scientific research which produces successful outcomes, high levels of patient satisfaction, at reasonable costs. Numerous medical physicians routinely refer patients to my office and several have personally received treatment at my facility, along with their family members. When asked why they chose my clinic versus another, their consistent answer has been, “Your exceptional outcomes.”
My office delivers compassionate, efficient and effective healthcare with exceptional customer service. We treat each patient like family. Ethics and integrity embody the staff and management of my facility and is evident in everything we do. If we do not meet your goals or expectations, we want to know immediately.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I am eager to have the opportunity to help you and look forward to meeting you.
My name is Joe Papuga and I have been practicing since 2012. I grew up in Lincoln, IL, received my bachelor’s degree at Augustana College and graduated chiropractic school at National University of Health Sciences.
I spent time in North Carolina where I was the chiropractor for the athletic department at Wake Forest University. My wife and I moved back to Illinois in 2016 where I joined Illinois Spinal and Sports Rehabilitation with Dr. Eric Lukosus in Naperville. In these experiences, I have focused on not only relieving patients of their pain but also giving them long-term strategies in becoming self-sufficient in the management of their condition. In my free time, I enjoy running, watching sports, spending time with my wife and dogs.
My goal is to continue to provide the excellent care that Russeau Team HealthCare has given to the surrounding community. I specialize in diversified spinal manipulation, McKenzie Method, acupuncture, and soft tissue techniques including myofascial release and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. I strive to keep patient visits low and to have open communication with referring physicians.
